Eric has dedicated his career to building and transforming businesses—helping organizations of every size, from start-ups to century-old firms, realize their full potential and prepare them for the future. His leadership philosophy centers on teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first mindset, ensuring that every success is shared by the firm, its people, and those it serves. He has lived the “Row the Boat” mindset for nearly two decades – both in business and in coaching. Time after time, this mindset has produced successful companies and championship winning teams. And the winning continues even after he leaves. That is a sign of true, long-lasting leadership.

With a career spanning CEO and CFO roles, mergers and acquisitions, operational transformation, financial management, human resources, marketing, brand development, and team culture design, Eric brings a unique breadth of experience. He has guided companies through growth, restructuring, and new opportunities, always with an eye toward long-term sustainability and positive client impact.

For 4 years, starting in 2020, Eric served as CEO of a regional CPA firm, leading it through the challenges of COVID-19 and positioning it for record growth. Under his leadership, the firm expanded to nine offices, developed a global support team, created a strong operational team, grew revenue threefold, quadrupled partner compensation, and secured recognition as a multiple time IPA Top 400 firm.

Since 2024, Eric has brought this same vision and experience to an IPA Top 500 firm, serving as CEO and day-to-day leader of the firm’s boat. He partners with the firm’s partners and professionals to strengthen it for the journey ahead. Again, guided by his “Row the Boat” approach to leadership, Eric believes that when everyone is aligned and rowing together, the firm and its clients can achieve extraordinary outcomes—today and well into the future.

Finance & Controllership

Our Controller has nearly a decade of experience inside the CPA space and understands what leaders need to keep the boat heading in the right direction.

Firm Administration, Human Resources & Operations

One member of our Firm and Human Operations team has spent more than 30 years as a leader, partner and managing partner within a CPA firm. Another member has more than 20 years of experience as a Firm Administrator, HR Manager, and Controller, in the professional services space, including the last year working side-by-side with our CEO with a current CPA client.

IT Leadership

Our IT leader has more than 20 years of experience inside a CPA firm and understands the changes this industry has gone through these past several years with all things IT. From server management to on-premises and cloud server transitions to cybersecurity needs to technology changes to the most important thing, the knowledge of hardware and software enhancements to propel the team forward efficiently.

Marketing Team

Our marketing team consists of members with decades of experience in developing production-minded and client-focused marketing initiatives plus the in-house graphic design experience along with an understanding of social media marketing to complement a CPA firm’s need for community exposure.
